"Precious"

PRECIOUS was inspired by soulful Black music that came out of the south. It comes from a place of being oppressed - something that Indigenous Peoples and People of Colour understand all too well. It's an ode to the age-old fight for freedoms and rights that is still happening all over the world today. The song also pays homage to Mother Earth and her land protectors in its declaration, “This land is precious.” It features a solid back-beat along with powerful pow wow singing, creating an anthem-like feel throughout, and culminating into a commanding crescendo at the bridge. Precious was co-written by Adrian and brothers Chris and Matt Gormley, produced by Colin Linden, and mastered by Greg Calbi, who has won multiple GRAMMY Awards during his stellar career. Precious is one of 10 tracks on Adrian’s upcoming album “Precious Diamonds” set for release 03.15.24.  more>>
